Support
One person builds this, and answers it.
That means replies are not instant, but they come from someone who can actually fix the thing you are reporting.
TODO state a realistic reply time here once you know one — an unmet promise is worse than no promise.
Before you write
What to include
The difference between a fix this week and three emails of back-and-forth is usually these four lines.
Reporting a problem
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- Phone and operating system
- The event format and rotation rule you were using
- A screenshot, if the screen showed something wrong
Asking for a feature
- The situation at your club that needs it
- What you do today instead
- How often it comes up
Several of the app's rules exist because an organizer described a night that went wrong. It is worth writing.

Common fixes
A player scanned the code and nothing happened
Check that joining is still open for the event — it can be closed from the QR screen. If the code was regenerated, any older printout or screenshot no longer works.
The list is not updating on someone's phone
Almost always the connection. Have them reload the page. If the venue wifi is unreliable mobile data is usually the better choice — the app sends very little data.
I cannot create another event this month
You have reached your tier's monthly limit. It resets at the start of the month, or you can raise it — see pricing.
I want my account and data removed
Delete it in the app under your account, or use the web deletion page if you have already uninstalled.
Legal and privacy
The documents, on the app's own domain
These live on the address published in both app stores, so they are always the version a reviewer sees.
Privacy policy
What is collected, why, where it is stored, and how to get rid of it.
TODO add the published developer name and contact address here if you decide to show them on the site as well as in the store consoles — Google Play requires a displayed contact address from developers offering in-app purchases.
